Who can buy on Royal Covering?
Royal Covering is a B2B platform. Wholesale and reseller accounts are approved individually — it is not a retail store, and prices are visible only once your account is verified.
How do I get an account?
Register with your business name, mobile number (verified by OTP) and city. We review new accounts within 48 hours. Once you are approved, your tier pricing appears across the catalogue.
Why can’t I see prices?
Prices are shown to verified buyers only. If you are logged in and still cannot see them, your account is most likely still pending review — give it 48 hours from registration, then contact us.
What is the difference between the two tiers?
There are two buyer tiers — wholesale and reseller — and each sees its own rate on every product. Your tier is set when your account is verified.
Where do I see margin and minimum order quantity?
Both are shown on the product itself, alongside your tier price, so you can judge a piece before adding it to the cart.
Can I share products with my own customers?
Yes — every product page has a shareable link built for WhatsApp and Instagram, so you can forward a piece without screenshotting a catalogue.
